Revise Main Navigation #1090

I think it's time to revise our main navigation given the issues and confusion. This is quite critical. Things we would like to address are:

Access of resumé-only buttons
Confusion on what goes where
Improve Get Feedback Link
Milestones Toggle look like User Profile Link
Improve milestones (ideally keeping their account completion percentage visible)

It might be worth considering a way to have feedback embedded on the resume page. Keeping it uncluttered might be a challenge though.

I think having all the buttons the imply action should look the same and all the buttons that are for navigation should look the same. I think focusing on having a standardized button look will be very helpful.
