No manual logout option #1097

There's no way to manually log out (if you wanted to switch to edit another resume). I realized this when I was trying out multiple accounts.

It's in Account Settings -> Account.

Yeah, I'm not too concerned about having it in an obscure location. Most users probably don't care about logging out.
