Closes https://github.com/natebenson/vyllage/issues/661.

This is already implemented, I only had to add names and tagline. I'm going to wait until the other PRs (https://github.com/natebenson/vyllage/pull/1164, https://github.com/natebenson/vyllage/pull/1152) are merged to move some methods around and add tests.

Added names and tagline.
Added tests for document permissions.
Changed response status codes to be consistent with other places.
Updated api docs.
