detect graduation date from resume #1170

We want to ascertain the graduation date of students on the resume, this will allow us to adapt suggestions accordingly.

@natebenson you want to use the resume to determine the graduation date instead of the field in account settings?

I'm going to do it as a fallback option in case the user did not enter anything on the account settings page for now.

Yeah, trying to guess and allowing them to override is the best option I think.
