Use the gradle application plugin to launch the app through the scripts. #1206

Includes the Procfile and the startup script for aws.

This might work well in coordination with the agent upgrade.

With the application plugin I think there's a distribution plugin... Check that out.

Actually it's the start script task on the application plugin that I was looking for. https://docs.gradle.org/current/dsl/org.gradle.jvm.application.tasks.CreateStartScripts.html
