Email and Facebook fixes #1223

Fixes https://github.com/natebenson/vyllage/issues/1221. Fixes https://github.com/natebenson/vyllage/issues/1222.

Upgraded Spring Social from 1.1.2 to 1.1.4. Upgraded Jackson from 2.5.4 to 2.5.5. Upgraded Spring Social Facebook from 2.0.1 to 2.0.3.

Why was the Facebook integration preventing me from changing my email address?

It wasn't, it's a different issue. After I fixed the email problem I tested facebook connection and found the other issue.
