I actually have purchased all the Rockstar Games for the Rockstar Games Launcher. I have been trying the integration for GOG, it detects all the games, but there is an issue with the achievements. It works perfectly for Grand Theft Auto V, Red Dead Redemption 2, Max Payne 3 and L.A. Noire.
But for some reason, it doesn't show the achievements for GTA III, GTA Vice City, and GTA San Andreas. I'm refering to de GTA Trilogy Definitive Edition, of course. And also this happens as well with GTA IV, I suspect this may be related with the complete edition of GTA IV, it seems GOG believes its the old game, while it actually is the complete edition. Maybe this is why it doesn't detects achievements.
