Make Answer Comments more Discoverable #87

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently answer comments are hidden behind long pressing the title of an answer. That is not very intuitive and hard to discover/figure out.

Describe the solution you'd like TBD: Icon, PopupMenu, etc.
