Force abort when exceptions occur #2

Currently, there are a couple of cases when internal exceptions occur which exit the application in an ugly, dirty, and unclear way:

When the binary file specified for loading does not yet exist.
When a PDF page throws a PyPDF2 '/Contents' KeyError (which prevents all of that file's pages from saving).

To address these or similar cases, click exception handling and aborting logic needs to be implemented into the program in a robust manner.
