A spec is available! #18

NOTE: the CSS color function here is deprecated. New functions are in the works. When a spec is available we’ll get this site updated.

The color modification functions are now in CSS Color 5 so just letting you know a spec is available.

@svgeesus Nice! I've been following progress over the last couple years. Excited to dig in and hopefully get this project back to a useful state. Thanks for the heads up
