fix: correct SLP final-char transliteration bug #38

Diagnosis: When transliterating from an Indic script, if the final character is an SLP consonant (e.g., R, N), then there is a KeyError on phonemes.virAmas[to_scheme].

Fix: Just control for from_scheme.
