Copying below for posterity:

I think Omni's URL scheme supports projects, but I'd imagine that would be tricky to use in Drafts. You'd probably need to type the project name exactly as you have it in OmniFocus - and my projects often contain spaces, special characters, and emoji.

I find it easier to use Drafts as a dumping ground to get things quickly into my OmniFocus Inbox and then process those tasks later during my daily sweep, etc.
