Customize Login/Subscribe Now button color #74

I see in the "aggregate_auth.py" file there are hardcoded values for the button HEX codes. Unless there is something obvious I am missing, this seems to be an issue when modifying st-paywall to work in an app.

Thoughts on included a parameter for the global colouring across all buttons?

Would like to second this request.. even just having a few different color options would be a huge improvement!
