Add GHA build/test status badge to the README in the iOS template. There might be a way to use a relative URL to the workflow that we want to show status for or we may need to get additional user input to create the proper status badge URL (e.g. repo name details/URL, etc.). Look at how others have solved adding status badges to template projects as well.
