Node derepcation warning when executing pipeline with this plugin #8

Hi @tylermurry From today azure devops is ussuing a warning for each pipeline run using this plugin

##[warning]Task 'PR Auto-Comment' version 1 (pr-auto-comment@1) is dependent on a Node version (10) that is end-of-life. Contact the extension owner for an updated version of the task. Task maintainers should review Node upgrade guidance: https://aka.ms/node-runner-guidance

Would it be possible to update the plugin to a newer version of nodejs? We find it really useful.

In case are you open to accept Pull Requests? The update could be quite simple
