Add support for additional currencies

Feature

Right now, the app is only accommodating conversions for Euros, Pounds, and Dollars. I would like to add the ability to convert to Francs, Yen, Rubels, Rupees, etc. (essentially all of the conversions that the European Central Bank foreign exchange rate API allows).

Integration into project

• CurrencyInfoStatic.cs will need to return CurrencyInfo for the requested currencies
• The requested currencies will need to be selectable by the user in the form on the home page as a dropdown menu
• The requested currencies will need their three digit abbreviation codes added to the CurrencyType enum

• The CurrencyType enum and CurrencyInfoStatic class have been updated to accommodate all of the currencies supported by the European Central Bank's API.

• The currency selection options on Index.cshtml still need to be updated to include more options than EUR, USD, & GPB.
