Shutdown without power connected = reboot... with power connected = shuts down correctly. #197

I am running stock repository with modded bios on my X1 Gen 6. Running Ventura 13.5.1. I am new to this hackintosh space, but seemed to have puzzled out most issues.

The one issue I cannot seem to fix is shutdown. Sleep/wake works just fine FYI. When the charger is plugged in, the laptop shuts down just fine and stays shutdown. However, if I remove the power (or simply shut down without the power connected) the laptop reboots. This even occurs if I hold the power button down for an extended amount of time. If no power is connected... reboot ensues.

I cannot find a single resource online that speaks to this particular issue. It seems that either shutdown works, or it doesn't, for everyone else. Mine only fails if the power isn't connected. Even so, I reset the bios multiple times, applied USB port mapping and tried all of the normal suggested fixes from the OpenCore docs. No luck.

Any suggestions? Let me know what, if anything, I should post here to assist. I suppose I can just leave this issue unfixed... but it would be nice to have this list bit resolved. Thanks in advance for any assistance!
