use lilypond file input to passage #13

It would be convenient to be able to pass a LilyPond input file to passage for generating matrices for an entire passage or piece.

If the staves are given the names "bass" and "melody," then the script can pull a list of Notes from the file to pass to get_simultaneous_pitches.
