Add an option to display pitches as either hz or midi numbers, or pitch names, etc. Provide an option to quantize the pitches to 12-tone equal temperament or various microtonal tunings, etc. Provide an option to display column and row labels.

Added support for quartertones or not, which seems good enough for now. Can add support for various levels of microtonality later if that seems necessary.
