Jetpacks are not repacked #35

At least that should make xpi download disabled, to avoid exceptions and user confusion.

@badams - for a moment, I unlinked your uploaded xpi in firefox-translator-addon, as someone was unsuccessfully trying to get repacked Chinese xpi.

@tymofij thanks for the heads up. I did just approve a Chinese translation request, which appears to be complete now. Will I need to upload another xpi, or shall I wait until this bug is fixed?
