[macOS] The UI is not displayed #359

Description: The UI is not displayed

Hello, I'm opening this issue to report a problem that has suddenly appeared on your Electorrent application. I learned of its existence a few hours ago and I'm very pleased. I was looking for a torrent to send to my remote server qBittorrent, I found a torrent but when I tried to send it to my server via your application the UI would no longer appear. All that's left are the menus in the macOS Dock, but nothing else. I've tried everything, I've restarted the app, restarted my Mac, reinstalled the app but nothing changes, the UI no longer appears.

Would anyone have a solution for me, even if it makes me lose my configuration it's no big deal, or just some debugging steps that would let me know what's going on.

Ps: the screen is the only thing left of the app
