Flip cancel timer was broken after some rocket league update

It always shows as a negative number

Interestingly, it only happens during a diagonal left flip. diagonal right flip shows flip cancel correctly

Interesting... Not sure I'll get a chance to get to it but if it's important go ahead and submit a PR and I'll take a look and approve
