I updated from 2.11.0 -> 2.11.1 and received the same text saying something along the lines of "Major control changes since last update, please restart chaoshead to reset your keybinds". I did it with previous updates since I assumed that something probably changed, but I am quite sure the new version didn't do anything to the keybinds, which makes me assume that that message shows up whenever you launch a new update of CH.
