Option to ignore values of -1 when bulk increasing rift IDs #8

It's kind of annoying that it will increase all of the IDs, even the ones with no sending/receiving channel. In some cases it would be helpful if these could be ignored when bulk adding rift IDs.

Going to put this in with a system to filter the selection based on property values.
