The hex inspector slows down the initialisation of (the UI for) big levels tremendously #89

It's slow enough that it looks like CH crashed. \ It's probably a good idea to move the whole Hex Inspector to the data explorer, since it's practically never used any more while editing.

Moved the hex inspector to the data explorer in ab4b23958be98bc99e14cda377c19ed50de358bc. This way you only take the slowdown if you really want it.
