Add way to not have to delete the 1 when editing a property #92

Possible ways:

Have it selected by default
- Requires adding selection support to the text input
Setting to disable the 1
- Forces you to choose which benefit you want
Default to 1 with nothing typed
- Needs a way for inputs to specify a default
- Or perhaps don't indicate it

This is a duplicate of #96 . Technically the other one is the duplicate since this issue is older, but the other one already got closed, so it's easier to mark this one.
