Breadcrumb quest into tech tree content #196

After completing the starting quest to pick you tech branch, there needs to be a quest to either make your core mod guidebook, or a quest to make the most basic tool of the tech tree that rewards you with the guidebook. Even if that tool requires progressing through all the vanilla tiers it helps to have a signpost to tell you where to go. It is best to assume (correctly) that I know nothing at all about the core mods and need to know how and when to start progressing in them.

There is intent to create a story and progression-driven quest line for each tree. This suggestion will be taken and used as the starting point for these quest lines, thank you for providing it. @yashairi
