create villager textures

• [ ] stonemason (chisel and decorators)
• [ ] hunter (wild animal parts)
• [x] engineer (processed ores and simple machines)
• [ ] magician (wizardry mats)
• [ ] theurge (thaumcraft and void)
• [ ] vagabond (filth and garbage)
• [ ] florist (flowers)
• [x] archeologist (fossils)
• [x] demolitionist (gunpowder and dynamite)
• [x] hippie (mushrooms)

Our textures follow a custom model provided by Optifine. We will not be releasing non-optifine textures for villagers.

So, we've been betrayed by optifine. It doesn't play nice with secret rooms, so we're scrapping the new model and going back to the original villager model and texture.
