cord_ner_migrator freezes at a specific article #11

The cord_ner_migrator freezes. The last insert statement printed is for inserting a relation about the article Tilorone, a Broad-Spectrum Antiviral for Emerging Viruses (https://aac.asm.org/content/64/5/e00440-20). The problem was reproduced exactly when reducing the batch size to 250 and halving the number of cores used.
