verbose suppression and data loader #12

added data loader which fixes paths,

added verbose flag

Thanks for this Gunnar! All looks good, but I think you should gitignore the pycache files no?

Thats odd they are in the .gitignore but I see they are still in the commits. Thanks for flagging that let me do that again
