What is the goal of this PR?

We fix flaky and missing tests to ensure correctness of all the examples.

What are the changes implemented in this PR?

• Unignore and fix the xcom queries test;
• Fix flaky phone calls tests;
• Add reasoner rules tests to the catalogue of life example;
• Drive-by: fix catalogue of life loader config for naming by introducing name ids;
• Drive-by: xcom example loader now creates the database and loads the schema automatically, for streamlined UX.
