Factory migration

What is the goal of this PR?

We've migrated from grabl to Factory.

What are the changes implemented in this PR?

We've:

• bumped the ubuntu image used for jobs from 21.04 to 22.04.
• bumped 16-core-32-gb machines to 16-core-64-gb machines.
• changed wording involving "grabl" to "factory".
