Move deployment test location #93

What is the goal of this PR?

Move the deployment test, in line with the organisation of the end-to-end-test, and other graknlabs repos.

Moving the deployment tests outside of the kglib directory also gives more confidence that the source isn't being used, and the deployment is.

What are the changes implemented in this PR?
