Choose: Add Selection star to family card title bars #39

After a family is added, the most common action is to select the family for comparison. Therefore add a 'star' icon button to the family cards' title bars that toggles that family's selection state; this is identical to the family card's drop down menu item "Add to Comparison"

[x] Add back a card menu item 'Select for Review' that does the same as the star
[x] Add a tooltip to the star so that if you hover over it, it shows the text 'Select for Review'
