Review: Make review mode dropdown menu stable #44

I think drop down menus should be 'stable', by which I mean they should always have the same number of items in the same order, and in the Review area we have a drop down for the comparison mode. There are currently 4 items in total in the tool:

  1. Side by Side
  2. Opacity
  3. Mask
  4. Diff

However, the items and their order changes after changing the mode:
