Adds the required work for the nvim release script. Tested deployment and installation using vim-plug and nvim.
More niceties added:
Ensures all the prepare scripts properly delete the contents of the repository (all non-. files and directories)
Check to see whether committing the plugin repo will be successful. Previously, failed attempts (e.g. when there was no difference in the repo and no commit would be made) would stop the script from running (due to the set -e flag at the top). Alert the user of either case.
Add a prompt to see whether the user wants to release. This can allow us to commit + push without releasing if we want to, but more importantly try and re-release if a previous release failed (e.g. if we exit the script after committing and pushing but before releasing, previously the script would just exit on retry before releasing, since there would be no new changes to commit. This ties into the previous point.
