Visual Studio Code support #128

VS Code is one of the popular editors around, and is being adopted by a lot of developers around the world. Would be good to see support for the same.

Hey @sankalpsans - thanks for trying out Tandem!

We've had our eye on supporting other editors and we know that VSCode is a popular editor. 😄 We currently have a lot of outstanding issues that we want to address first before adding on other editors ourselves, so it will take a while for us to circle back to this.
