Request: patch cryptohash-md5 and cryptohash-sha1

• As reported by @glhrmfrts in https://github.com/typelead/eta/issues/746 the uuid-1.3.13 package needs those ones to build.

• The error is:

• There is already another package related with crypto to get a model to start with: cryptonite

A little bit of history: those packages are splits from the original cryptohash package that was deprecated in favor of cryptonite. However the uuid package uses those specialized packages, "childs" of cryptohash, to reduce dependencies.
