This pull request contains an initial variant of documentation for SbtEta plugin. It was copied from Gradle plugin docs and modified according SBT plugin specific.

Can you help me with:

Introduction part which contains common and theoretical principles. I'm not good in describing them.
Basic Configuration -> Sbt concepts for same reasons.
