Applies the pattern described in #482 (section 2.) to the following public case classes:

DocumentMetadata, NavigationBuilderContext in laika.ast
BookConfig in laika.theme.config (removes PDF.BookConfig and EPUB.BookConfig)
Font, FontDefinition in laika.theme.config
Favicon, ThemeNavigationSection in laika.helium.config

Packaging may change for some of these types in the final milestone.
