[Typelevel Summit Lausanne, 2019] dates #90

2019's edition of Scala Days will happen in Lausanne: scaladays.org

We are considering holding a Typelevel Summit directly after (June 14) or directly before (June 10) Scala Days.

Venue will be at EPFL. Comments on the date and anything else welcome!
