Ownership of OpenCollective #26

There are currently three admins on OpenCollective: ~@kailuowang~ @djspiewak and me.

I would like to drop out of that round. ~Are two people~ Is one person enough or should I add some more before I leave?

(Turns out Kai is only "Core Contributor", not admin.)

I intend to withdraw from the OpenCollective within the next week or so. Should I add someone before doing that?
