typelevel.g8

I would like to propose and offer proto-typelevel.g8 as a typelevel project.

• Provides a giter8 template to help with library creation using typelevel sbt-typelevel and other best practices
• This work was spawned out of https://github.com/typelevel/sbt-typelevel/issues/37
• Additionally, this serves as a minimal example of how to use sbt-typelevel, creating all necessary files and pieces to leverage its features.
• Chosen defaults: Scala 2.13 and 3.1 on JVM and JS
• Comes with reasonable CI testing for hopefully easy maintenance

You can test it out in it's current form via:

sbt new valencik/proto-typelevel.g8

Unfortunately I cannot transfer ownership to Typelevel as I don't have permissions to create repositories within the org. When trying I run into the following error:

You don’t have the permission to create public repositories on typelevel

I wonder if I can add you as an owner and then you could do the transfer?
