We've had a nice wave of submissions lately, but a few of them have come without a Code of Conduct. Nobody has balked at adding one, but maybe we could gently remind people in the template and expedite admission.
Another requirement for projects is the an open license. That hasn't been an issue, but could fit in the same section.
