Winding down this repo. Moving back to sbt-typelevel.

sbt-typelevel is great. I think it's time to retire sbt-catalysts. From github search, there seem to be no active users of sbt-catalysts except for several of my own projects. If there is no objection, I am going to archive the sbt-catalysts repo.
