In general this is a great idea. I don't think this should go on this wiki, but probably on the about site on typelevel.org.
One more bit: The typelevel.org
domain and the hosts behind typelevel.org
and docs.typelevel.org
.
I've added "Community" and "Maintainers" sections to the repo-level README similar to the ones in the Cats README.
As we're setting up infrastructure we're accumulating various resources between us which are important to the project as a whole and are provided by and managed by individual volunteers. This is completely wonderful :-)
We need to create and keep up to date a list on the wiki of these resources, along with contact details for the day to day admins and ultimate admin/provider. Where appropriate and in the interests of transparency we should indicate who/what is funding the resource.
So far I count we have: github typelevel organization, typelevel/scala repo, #typelevel on freenode, typelevel Google group, @typelevel twitter account, build machine, Jenkins instance on the build machine ... anything else?
