Clarify connection to OpenCollective #415

We should make it more easily discoverable that Typelevel is an org under OpenCollective: https://opencollective.com/typelevel Currently we only mention it in two blog posts from 2019 (see above), but that's kinda hard to find.

I think there's also a GitHub integration, though that's not a website issue per se.
