Removes the intellijRunner project along with the documentation, site section, and the website/static/intellij.xml file.

Resolves https://github.com/typelevel/weaver-test/issues/3

We could perhaps update the IntelliJ section of the README as well?

@Baccata do we just want to remove that section or make some comment about support being removed?

Support has been dropped a while ago already, I think it's fair to remove altogether
