Fix SPM tests layout #59

Move all tests into a "Tests" subfolder to satisfy SPM (updated your .xcodeproj too).

Why merge this pull request?

Fix for the "error: the package has an unsupported layout". See this issue.

What's worth discussing about this pull request?

When I was following your SwiftCheck SPM format, I noticed you have a LinuxMain.swift -- not sure if that's needed for this.
