[Markdown] Abbreviations don't seem to work with the string ÖPNV? #358

Typemill 1.5.3, theme is cyanine, docs: https://typemill.net/writers/markdown – this is not on my local machine, but on a working remote web space.

*[ÖPNV]: Öffentlicher Personennahverkehr

doesn't convert the string ÖPNV into an abbreviation somewhere on the page here.

*[HTML]: Hyper Text Markup Language

and other strings work though. I don't get why ÖPNV doesn't work when other strings with umlauts do. Tested it on another llive page of my installation, not working.

I reproduced it and it looks like a bug in the parsedown library, so I cannot fix it. Will probably switch to a newer version in Typemill 2 and hope it will work then.
